“Trip-A-Lot” means SayC Hospitality, a company incorporated under Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and the company is limited by shares.
“Applicant” means any person(s) who is/are potential Vacationer/User/Member who has applied for membership to Trip-A-Lot.
“Vacationer/User/Member” means the applicant whose application for membership has been approved by the Management/authorized person of Trip-A-Lot and in whose name the Trip-A-Lot certificate is issued on realization of the Down payment.
“ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES” or “ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES” means the charges which are decided by the Management of Trip-A-Lot to be paid by the Member every year.
“INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE FEES” means the fees which the Member must pay, to access various facilities as prescribed by the Government/service providers of the respective nations, prior to the booking and which may vary from time to time.
Blackout Days means the time period of long weekend, Diwali week, and Christmas to New Year.
Holiday Season means the time of the year which is not earmarked as “Blackout Days”.
Bronze Membership means properties up to 3-star hotels/resorts, Silver Membership means properties with 3-star and few 4-star hotels/resorts and Gold Membership means 4-star and few 5-star hotels/resorts. Trip-A-Lot reserves the rights to withdraw any properties from the list at any time without prior information. The said list is available on the company website and shall be updated from time to time.

Application Procedure

The application for the Membership to Trip-A-Lot may be made as per the prescribed format (“application form”) that forms a part of the Membership terms and conditions.
An Applicant is admitted as a Member of Trip-A-Lot upon the realization of the Down Payment to SayC Hospitality. Trip-A-Lot may at the request of the Applicant, agree to receive the balance Membership Price in instalments under a payment plan of Trip-A-Lot or any other finance scheme approved by Trip-A-Lot. In the case of instalment payments, the Applicant shall deliver post-dated cheques/ECS/Credit card authorization cards. The Applicant further binds himself/herself/itself irrevocably to pay the instalment amounts and undertakes to ensure due and prompt payment under the instalment scheme. Non-payment of the instalment/s shall amount to a breach of Membership Rules.
The applicant further recognizes that the Admission Fees (AF) which constitute 60% of the Membership Price is non-refundable. The Membership is subject to the Terms and Conditions, the rules and regulations made thereunder and as amended from time to time and as notified to the Member by putting up a copy thereof at the Office Premises/Website or any other suitable place (“Rules and Regulations”).
The Terms and Conditions include the FEE STRUCTURE for the Membership as of the Membership agreement sign date thereof as amended from time to time by the Management. PLAN & FEE STRUCTURE ARE FORMING PART OF THIS AGREEMENT.
The Management of Trip-A-Lot vests exclusively in the Director/s of Trip-A-Lot and its authorized executives who in these Rules and Regulations are referred to as “Management”. The Management reserves the right to reject or to conditionally accept the Application Form without assigning any reason whatsoever. A Member (“Member”) is a person whose application has been accepted by the Management/authorized persons.
A Member has the right to use the facilities provided by Trip-A-Lot on the days and during the time as has been specified by the Management. The Management may further notify the calendar days as Blackout Days and Holiday Days as well as other categories which might be notified to the Member from time to time.
Payment made under SayC Hospitality will be considered as payment done for Membership and all terms and conditions of Trip-A-Lot will be applicable. The applicant also recognizes that in the event of cancellation by the Member, the deduction as applicable will be made from Enrolment Fees (EF) which constitute 40% of the Membership Price.

CATEGORIES OF MEMBERSHIP

The Membership to Trip-A-Lot is open to the following categories:
(A) INDIVIDUAL Member
- Permanent residents of India
- Non-Resident Indians
- Foreign Nationals, residing in or visiting India i.e., expatriates
(B) CORPORATE MEMBER
- The Corporate Members shall be companies incorporated in India or abroad, partnership firms, or any other body incorporated under any national jurisdiction. Such Corporate Members may nominate their directors, partners, or employees as the case may be to use the facilities of Trip-A-Lot, subject to the Terms and Conditions and the Rules and Regulations made in this regard. A Corporate Member may request for more than one nomination for a period of time and the fee as specified in the Fee Structure.
(C) DIGITAL MEMBER
- People enrolling in a membership plan through online mode using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc., and have agreed to terms through the website. Digital Member is the default classic membership plan.

Eligibility

Persons indicated in clause “Category of Membership” herein above can offer their application for Membership as per the details as given in Clause “Procedure” herein below. No individual Member, or corporate who has been declared to be an un-discharged insolvent or has been convicted by a court shall be eligible for the Membership. A Corporate shall be eligible to nominate a fixed number of persons for a period as provided for in the Fee Structure.

DEFAULT CLAUSES

The application for these members needs to be submitted along with a copy of Identity Proof and Address Proof. The Membership charges mentioned should be paid via cheque/DD/credit card/Debit card favoring “SayC Hospitality”. Individual Members and Corporate applicants/Members seeking Membership are required to submit the duly filled in Application Form complete in all respects. Management of Trip-A-Lot has the absolute right to accept or reject any application for Membership at their sole discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever and the applicant shall have no right to challenge the decision of the Management. Membership is awarded only after proper & complete procedure is followed as decided by management.
Cash Remittance, if any, should be made only to “SayC Hospitality ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT” and spot receipt should be obtained along with a mail generated email sent to the registered mail address of the “Member”. The company will not be held responsible under any circumstances for cash payments made to company sales personnel or any employees or marketing associates.

Membership Usage Rules

Member is entitled to 6 nights and 7 days every year or as mentioned otherwise in the welcome letter.
The calendar year is divided into Blackout and Holiday seasons.
The accommodation shall be provided in Regular or Superior rooms subject to availability.
Member is entitled to accommodation of the selected time and along with one washroom only.
Either for two adults with two kids below 12 years or 3 adults.
Member can accommodate their regular inventory nights maximum till 3 years.
A standard room can accommodate a maximum of either:
- Three adults
- Two adults
Children above 12 years of age shall be considered adults.
The criteria for age shall vary depending on the terms and conditions of the respective properties at which the agreement is to be made.
An extra bed will be provided at the rate as applicable in the allied (respective) properties.
Member cannot club their offer & regular inventory nights on their vacation.
Member traveling with 4 adults must either have a 1BR Membership or, in the case of booking for 2 rooms and not having such a Membership, the second room cost must be borne by the Member. In whatsoever case, multiple apartment bookings exceeding the maximum size of persons allowed in a particular Membership will not be entertained. All the bookings and room allocations will be subject to availability. There will be no scope for dispute regarding the same.
The Members are requested to strictly follow holiday reservation rules about the prescribed period i.e. 60 days especially during the festive season so that they can get confirmed availability of rooms at the resorts/hotels.
The Member will have the right to use their nights, may also gift, or split the nights with prior information to “SayC Hospitality” as per booking terms and conditions.
Members’ entitlement covers “SayC Hospitality” affiliated/associated/allies’ properties which include but are not limited to short/long-term lease/tie-ups.
The Member's entitlement can be used in any of the alliance properties. The said list is available on the company website and shall be updated from time to time.
The Member agrees that the vacation package is valid only when the company receives the payment in full. The prices may revise from time to time without any prior notice.

Process of Availing Holidays

A Member can avail holiday by giving a request for a reservation as prescribed by Trip-A-Lot. In case of a joint applicant, the request for availing holiday will be entertained from the Principal Member only.
All holiday reservations shall be done on a first-come-first-serve basis and are consequently subject to eligibility and availability. Request for reservation can be done from 60 days (depending on the prevailing reservation rules) to 15 days before the commencement of the holiday.
On confirmation of the availability of the holiday period request by the Member, Trip-A-Lot shall issue a confirmation voucher specifying the reservation details including check-in and check-out dates and times to a Member for the enjoyment of the holiday. The Member shall abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in the confirmation voucher. No request for the transfer of a confirmation voucher shall be entertained by Trip-A-Lot.
The member agrees that he/she was informed about the season/Membership categories and accordingly he/she will make the booking request. The Member agrees that he/she will be requesting a booking for stay keeping

 in mind the Holiday/Blackout days. In case of non-availability of rooms in the property in the requested season, Trip-A-Lot shall offer alternative accommodation at other resorts/locations subject to availability. If the Member’s alternate accommodation request is outside of the original resort group, they shall be subject to an international exchange fee. The Member agrees to pay the International Exchange Fees.
Trip-A-Lot is not responsible for any loss/injury resulting from the use of the facilities. Further, it is agreed that the Member, his/her nominee, and all persons accompanying them shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the property of Trip-A-Lot during the use of the facility.
Trip-A-Lot will not be held responsible for any issues with Visa/Passport/ID or any other related issues while traveling.
Members must provide the confirmation voucher and photo ID at the time of check-in at the resorts/properties.
Check-in and check-out times may differ according to the allied properties.
In case of any discrepancy during the holiday, the same needs to be informed to “SayC Hospitality” within 24 hours, any disputes reported beyond this time will not be entertained. The company’s decision in this regard will be final.
Trip-A-Lot reserves the right to change the standard room size at any time without prior notice. A Member agrees to accommodate themselves as per the standard room size during the holiday. The Member is liable to pay any additional charges if they are not willing to adjust as per the standard room size. Trip-A-Lot is under no obligation to refund any amount if the Member is not willing to accept the standard room size offered.
Cancellation of a booked holiday by the Member shall be entertained as per the cancellation policy of the property where the booking has been done.
Transfer/Change in the holiday property shall be entertained as per the prevailing property transfer rules and subject to the approval of the management. Transfer charges as applicable at the time of request will be levied. Such charges must be paid before the processing of the request.
In the event of any force majeure event such as but not limited to natural calamities, war, epidemic, pandemic, etc., and the management decides to suspend the holiday plan for a temporary or permanent period, the Member will not be entitled to a refund of any fees or any compensation.
The Member agrees that he/she will bear all additional expenses during their stay at the properties. All disputes are subject to the laws of India.
Trip-A-Lot reserves the right to change the rules and regulations from time to time and the Member agrees to abide by the same.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These services rendered hereunder are subject to all the applicable laws and regulations of India and the courts of Law, Nagpur City only shall have exclusive jurisdiction and there will be the exclusion of all other courts to try and decide disputes, if any kind between the parties hereto.
